Guidelines for Secondary Creations

 

Thank you for showing your love for PROMISU's talent. Our company allows secondary creative activities stemming from fan appreciation following the guidelines below:

 

PROMISU
- Allows various forms of secondary creations, such as creating clips using our talent's broadcasts, making fan art of our talent, remixing original music, and producing goods.

- Creators are permitted to monetize secondary creation videos on YouTube.

- For commercializing and large-scale production of goods, prior consultation with the company is required.

- Secondary creations can be utilized by the talent for VTuber activities, including thumbnails, channel art, social media, and content creation.

- The following content is not allowed as secondary creations and will not be acknowledged as such:

1. Content that causes discomfort to the talent or damages their image.

2. Content that the talent has prohibited for secondary creation and sharing.

3. Content containing specific ideologies, religious, or political statements.

4. Content that impersonates official material or may be mistaken for official activities.

5. Content that damages the image of the company or its content.

6. Any other content deemed inappropriate by the company.
